I wanted to reach out to you personally (with your crew in cc:) and thank Total Support for efforts support during ISPARC’s transition and set up as a new organization (from our old).  We have had to work through some interesting challenges and projects.  Richard and Kevin have been very responsive to our requests and open to working through alternative solutions that the most sense for ISPARC. Richard has provided tremendous leadership and patience throughout the transition, providing a level of consistency and notable experience to our projects. Kevin has made himself so accessible as a project team member and has been really committed to resolving any issues (even if it is just following up with the Help Desk). Mathieu has been very fastidious in troubleshooting on our behalf and following up with the right team members within the Total Support team members. Your entire team remains really positive and eager to support regardless of the number of phone calls, requests and challenges we send their way.

TSS moved us from a “break-fix” Agency to one that has current and reliable systems in place, allowing staff to complete their work in a more efficient and effective manner. TSS has taken our Agency from technical chaos to a place where we no longer worry about our technology on a day-to-day basis. We know that TSS will always be there for us to solve whatever technical issues we encounter. From a broader perspective, we can count on TSS for effective Tech Support, managed services, data migration, hardware purchase, software updating, software review for us prior to purchase, and technical support at fundraising events. From a technology perspective, we are deeply grateful for their support.
